How to Make Your Spoons Behave

Wash your spoons by hand, & dry them right away. (Please don’t put them in the dishwasher, they’ll freak out.)

Sometimes, particularly when they’re new, they might feel a little rough, or “hairy” as we call it, after you wash them. It’s from little surface wood fibers swelling when they get wet— it’s to be expected with hand-carved wood, and it’s an easy fix! If that happens, just *gently* smooth with the sand paper we sent with your order (in the little brown envelope), then rub a little olive oil on them. Voilà, look at that, you’re a problem solver!

By the way, you should rub a little olive oil on them periodically anyway, it keeps ’em feeling pretty.

Other than that, you can use them for anything– they like it! (Seriously. Even, like, drumming.)

Our Product Guarantee

Frankly we’ll be gobsmacked if you don’t like our stuff, but we suppose crazier things have happened. Please just send everything back to us within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping, that is… apologies about that but we’re sure you understand).

Same goes for if something breaks, but in that case just send us a photo and tell us what happened (so we can try to prevent whatever caused it in the future) and we’ll send you a new one. That, by the way, is a guarantee for life.
